What we collect, and when

This website collects nothing about you. It has no sign-in and no account, and what you enter in its tools stays in your browser (see below). The only place Salyro asks you for anything is the access request form, which is on the application at app.salyro.com, and it asks for four things:

• your name
• your work email address
• your company
• a description of what you would use Salyro for

We do not store your IP address. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a submission came from a person; Salyro neither records the address it came from nor sends it on to Cloudflare.

Why we collect it

To decide on your request, and — if it is approved — to create your account. A person at Salyro reads what you write; it is not scored or decided automatically.

We do not use these details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone outside the two services named below.

Who else sees it

Two services, each doing one job:

• Amazon Cognito — our identity provider. If your request is approved, your email address is used to create your sign-in identity, and Cognito sends you an invitation to set a password. That invitation is the only email connected to this process; Salyro sends no confirmation, approval or rejection email of its own.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — the check that a submission came from a person rather than a script. It receives the token its own widget produced, and no detail you typed.

If your request is not approved, you will not hear from us. We know that is not ideal, and we would rather say so than imply a reply that is not coming.

The tools on this website

The tools under /tools run in your browser. What you type, paste or open in one is processed on your device: it is not sent to Salyro, to an AI provider or to anyone else, and a file you open is read in your browser and never uploaded. A page loads its own code and reference data from this website, and nothing you entered goes with them. Salyro does not store what you enter.

A tool keeps its state in the page’s address, after the #. Your browser does not send that part to any server when it opens the page, but a share link holds it — so anyone you give the link to can read it. Some tools leave credentials, files or your own text out of their links, and a tool says so when it does; do not put a secret in a link you share.

One tool hands its result to another through your browser’s storage for that tab only; the receiving tool reads it once and removes it.

Analytics on this website

The public website uses Google Analytics to count page views; clicks on the main navigation and the calls to action (such as Docs, Guides, Tools, Log in and Request access); copies of a code example in the documentation; and which of a tool’s actions was used — for example, that a share link was copied or an example was loaded. It records which link, example or action it was, and never anything you type, paste or open in a tool.

The address it records for a page never includes the part after a #, and on a tool’s page never includes the part after a ? either. Those parts are removed in your browser, before anything is sent.

Questions, or asking us to delete your request

Write to us and we will act on it. We are a small team at an early stage and we have not yet published a formal retention schedule or a data-rights procedure; rather than state one we cannot yet stand behind, we would rather tell you plainly that it is not written yet and handle your request directly in the meantime.
